Welcome to E.E. Roth University!

Roth University, home of the fighting llamas, is situated in Riverview, Simerica. Nestled between two branches of the great river, the core of the University occupies the island. Over time, the school has pushed beyond it's borders though! 

When you're not in class, there's a charming Old Town area or the more gritty and exciting Downtown to visit! Living options include dorm living, Greek living, apartment life or suburbia - to fit all lifestyles of our faculty and student body!

• This is a SAVE file, to install, place RothUniv.sims3 in your Saves folder.
• You will need Riverview to run this save.
• The lots in this save were built using World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets and Showtime Expansion Packs. Yes they are necessary, if you don't have one or more of these, I can't promise the save will work correctly.
• The lots in this save were also built using High End Loft, Fast Lane, Outdoor Living, Town Life and Master Suite Stuff Packs. I don't think they are NECESSARY but objects will get replaced if you do not have these packs.
• The lots in this save were built using EA Store Content that is too numerous to list. Again, they are not NECESSARY but objects will get replaced if you don't have these sets. I recommend the Bah Haus set in particular because it was used across multiple lots.
• In the CC folder, you will find the packages or sims3packs of what I consider to be the more important CC in the save. The Cornices, the terrain paint, the windows, the skylights and the neon letters are all exterior so I highly recommend including these for everything to look "right". You will also find a text file with links to sources.
• I tend to build for aesthetics as opposed to functionality since I use my lots for story telling purposes. As a result you may find some minor pathing issues.
• This save is UNPOPULATED!
• Please do not upload any of the lots included and claim them as your own.

First Contact refers to when two species meet for the first time - in the case of this particular nerdy situation we are, of course, referring to when humankind met their very first alien species (in Trek) - the Vulcans.

They met/will meet on April 5th, 2063 and as such, today, is the pre-versary of that day!

So I present you with Trek shirts for all your geeky sims! They use base game meshes and the only NON-Castable part is the emblem/shield. You can make the shirts any color or pattern you want otherwise. I did not do elders because…well I don’t really play elders for long and the clothes always look funky lol

Taffity Family Downloads

Here you will find the .SIM files for Luna Taffity, Hermione Stewart (Taffity) and Jared Van Allen. As they are .SIM files, they may not retain their vampirism from CAS but you are free to vamp them or not in your game. To install these, download them from Mediafire and place them in your Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Saved Sims folder. You will be able to find them in CAS, probably under Teens as that's the age they were at the time of saving them.

Dust Generation One Sim Uploads

These are the .sim files for the six generation one Dust family children (as YAs) and Nepal and Mirage. To use them, put the ,sim file in your SavedSims folder.

I use both Missharries skin tones and Fawkes, download this (missharries1), this (missharries2), this (missharries3) and this (Fawkes) to keep the sims tone correct.

Note: these pictures were taken from various times of play, clothes and hair may vary. You can change both to whatever you want.

SimCity Metro Hospital

This is a Community Lot, it does NOT replace the EA Rabbit Hole hospital but it can be great for pictures, scene set ups, etc. Enjoy!

The SimCity Metro Hospital contains all of the newest and best medical technology. It does not contain ANY 3rd Party Custom Content but does use stuff from the EPs, SP and EA Store.

Also on the ground floor is the ER and Trauma Center; the nursing station


A dedicated waiting area for family and friends


Multiple bays for patients


Two ICU units


An exam room for less emergent cases


Two trauma procedure rooms.


The second floor has a walkway that overlooks the entrance


Labor and Delivery nursing station


One of two Labor, Delivery and Recovery rooms (each includes a crib as well)


A kid friendly waiting room and/or day care center for the children of the staff


Scrub room that looks onto one of the two operating rooms on this floor. (the other OR also has a scrub room)

The NICU for those babies that need just a little extra care after birth


The third floor contains the following:
A staff lounge


Adjoins the staff locker room


An office


Two nurses' stations/hallway


The third and larger OR


It has an adjoining scrub room and observation gallery for those learning interns and residents.


There are also two very small on-call rooms because the hours are long being a doctor. The helipad adjoins the third floor and critical patients can be taken directly to the third floor OR.

A final few of the hospital; you can see the small outdoor eating area for those patients or doctors
